Rotherham Federation of Communities (Rotherham Federation) Annual General Meeting will be held between 2pm and 4pm  on the afternoon of Tuesday 27th  March 2018 at Rotherham Trades Club. 

As well as the formal business, the Annual Reports, Accounts and results from elections to the Board, the afternoon will include a number of workshops on the theme of ‘strengthening communities’.

Workshop 1 will use photos to look at ways we can listen to our communities, the second workshop will use forum theatre to explore the power of door knocking, Workshop 3 will be a World Café discussing ways the Federation can support your group and the final Workshop, Creative Communities, will demonstrate the difference community arts can make.  There will also be a number of stalls to browse and an Easter raffle.  Pie and peas will be served at the end of the meeting.

A free buffet will be provided and British Sign Language interpreters will be available. The meeting will begin at 2pm and because of limited space, all places must be booked.
